After a an early start and a long journey from the North East we arrived in Nescliff at around 6pm. It was then feeding time and bed allocation and rest for the night. Sunday morning started with the happy news that some of our Adult and Cadet colleagues were being rewarded for their hard work.
Adult Instructor Jim Stewart of the Mintlaw Detachment was awarded his Cadet Medal for 12 years service.
Sergeant Instructor Duncan McWhannell was promoted to Adult Under Officer while Sergeant Instructor James Jones becomes Staff Sergeant.
Cadet Corporal Louise McWilliam of the Royal Army Medical Corps detachment in Aberdeen City becomes Cadet Sergeant.
