The most recent version of the camp plan has now been released, and includes the following
- The 2 Star plan
- Allocations of cadets to cadres, with the exception of Drums and Pipes. Detachments are requested to review Annex I - Feeding plan to ensure that cadets are correctly allocated to squads. Numbers per cadre are detailed below, but may chaneg as cadets opt to take part in the Drums and Pipes cadre
- Some revised staffing
- Other details are contained, as always, in Annex M.
This file is now too large to be emailed out, so can be downloaded below or from Westminster.
JSP 535 "Red Book" Test 2010

The mandatory JSP 535 "Red Book" Test is now available to download.
All CFAV are required to complete this assessment and submit to the Assistant BTO as soon as possible to ensure that the battalion complies with safe training requirements.

The most up-to-date version of the Camp Plan is now available for download.
As always, refer to Annex M for the changes that have been made recently.
Instructors and cadets now have cadre allocations. Detachment Commanders are requested to review the cadre allocations to confirm that cadets are correctly placed. The allocations can be found in the Feeding Plan.

Please find attached the Cadet Centre for Adventurous Training latest course vacancies letter.
We have some fantastic opportunities for cadets and adults to gain experience and nationally recognised qualification.
Any adult instructor or Cadet interested in doing any of these courses please contact myself.
Detachment commanders please advertise these courses to your cadets would be great to see more of our cadets on these adventure weeks and weekends.

WARNING ORDER FOR EXERCISE “STRENSALL APOLLO”
GENERAL
1. 2nd Battalion The Highlanders ACF RRS and Shetland Independent Battery will hold Annual Camp at Queen Elizabeth Barracks and Strensall Training Area during the period 18 July 2010 to 30 July 2010.
2. A Briefing event for Camp 2010 will take place on 12 June 2010 at Gordon Barracks from 0900 – 1600, based in the Gordon Suite.
3. All CFAV attending camp are expected to attend this event.
4. Returns are required to the Camp Planning Officer no later than 1700 on 28 May 2010.

If you wish to know which cadre you will be working with, please refer to Annex G - Staffing Allocations. Please note, that due to a number of CFAV not returning details yet, it has not been possible to confrim all allocations to cadres.
